  • Thermostat Calibration: Check and calibrate the thermostat for accurate temperature control.
  • Condensate Drain Inspection and Treatment: Ensure the condensate drain is clear of blockages and draining properly.
  • Coil Cleaning and Inspection: Inspect the indoor evaporator and clean condenser coils to maintain optimal system efficiency. (Indoor evaporator cleaning is not included).
  • Refrigerant Level Check: Verify refrigerant levels are within manufacturer specifications. (additional refrigerant charges may apply).
